Must have receipt for warranty purposes, issued by the manufacturer.
All returned items must have a valid return authorization number issued by us within 10 days from date of invoice.
Product must be received by us within 14 days of the authorization issuance.
Product must be returned in brand new resalable condition with original packing and container, which includes all manuals and materials. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise that are not damage or defective.
No refunds after 10 days of invoice date.
No refunds on power cords or wear items.
Shipping, processing, and insurance charges are not refundable.
Returned shipping costs of merchandise is at your own expense.
Equipment is not returnable once used.
Once evaluated and found they are defective then the machine would be covered under the manufacturers guarantee and should be shipped back at no charge.
Missing Items / Damaged Product
Customers need to verify the receipt of items at the time their order is received. Any items missing must be communicated to us within 5 days of receipt. This excludes any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled. Any damaged merchandise or carton shortages must be reported directly to us within 5 days of receipt, with detailed and proof of the damaged.
Orders cannot be canceled after the order has already shipped out.
